WINGS OF LOVE, Inc. Missions Statement

WINGS OF LOVE, Inc. exists to sponsor and/or engage in charitable and/or educational activities to enhance the lives of individuals, families, and communities through true connection at their point of need.

WINGS OF LOVE, Inc. will accomplish this mission by seeking and supplying opportunities to expose, experience, and engage in acts of love and compassion through service.

WINGS OF LOVE, Inc. has spearheaded the following community projects:

Bear With Me

The Bear With Me project provides new stuffed animals for emergency responders to use when they encounter traumatized children. Donated new stuffed animals are collected and then given to law enforcement officers and emergency personnel in the Greater Springfield, Massachusetts area.

Stuffed animals can be donated to this project at any time. You may bring your donated items to the church office, Monday through Friday (9am-4:30pm) or to the Information Center on Sunday mornings.

Pioneer Valley Convoy of Hope 2013

In August of 2013, WINGS OF LOVE, Inc. helped support the Pioneer Valley Convoy of Hope event. $1 million in free goods and services were given at this event. This community event made a difference in the lives of over 5,000 Western Massachusetts's residents.

"Back Pack for Kids"

The "Backpack Drive" provided new school supplies for needy students in the Greater Springfield, Massachusetts's area. New backpacks and school supplies are provided to area children whose families are unable to provide for them. Donations were received from caring individuals, church groups, organizations and businesses.

"Celebrating You"

This event celebrated families who foster and adopt throughout Western Massachusetts. Through partnerships with over 20 other organizations, companies and individuals, “Celebrating You” was able to provide a fun barbecue, water games, live entertainment, face painting and balloon figures.
